Gadget Bigboys SRL operates the gb.ro store and offers travel eSIMs designed for Romanian tourists who need a data connection abroad. Payment is made directly on gb.ro through the Shopify platform, and the eSIM profile is delivered digitally, by email, in the form of a QR code.

The purchase process is straightforward: you choose the right plan, pay on gb.ro, and within a few minutes you receive the QR code and installation guide at your email address. There is no physical delivery and no need to wait for a courier, since everything is done online, from wherever you are.

We offer three product lines to cover different needs. GB Travel is the standard option for everyday browsing. GB Travel Plus provides access to more networks per country, making it suitable for business travel, hotspot use, and busy destinations. GB Travel Max adds a phone number for SMS and OTP codes from banks.

A Romanian fiscal invoice, issued automatically and filed to e-Factura, is provided for every order, in accordance with Romanian legislation. The order confirmation received from Shopify is not a fiscal document. The invoice arrives at the email address provided at checkout and can be used for reimbursement or accounting records.

Customer support is provided in Romanian via WhatsApp throughout your trip. Our team answers questions about installation, activation, top-ups, and troubleshooting. We believe that an informed customer is a satisfied customer, which is why we focus on transparency and clear answers.

A delivered eSIM cannot be returned, because the profile is generated and associated with the device at the time of purchase. This is standard practice in the eSIM industry. We encourage every customer to check their phone's compatibility before purchase by dialling *#06# and confirming the presence of an EID code.

After the initial installation, the eSIM accepts subsequent top-ups without restriction. When the data plan runs out, you can purchase another plan from your account on gb.ro, and the data is added to the same profile with no need for a new QR code. This way, the eSIM becomes a long-term solution for frequent travel.
